Overnight Camps

Duke Diving Camps will offer two weeks of overnight camps in the summer of 2011.  Three consecutive years of renovations on our pool and construction of a brand new 5,000 square foot dry land room has been well worth the wait.  Our camps will be open to all boys and girls above the age of 12 and is specifically designed for the diver that wants to learn new training techniques and utilize our state of the art training devices and technology to learn new dives and improve consistency.  Weekly enrollment will be limited to only 40 divers to ensure the best diver coach ratio.   

Campers will live on the campus of Duke University in the dormitories of beautiful West Campus; only a 2 minute walk from the pool.  Roommates may be requested, but must be mutual.    All meals will be served on West Campus and campers will enjoy the Duke Diving Camp experience walking in the footsteps of all the Duke greats that came before them. 

A typical camp day is outlined below:

8:00 - 9:00        Breakfast
9:30 - 12:00      Training Gym/Pool
12:15 - 1:15      Lunch
1:30 - 3:30        Training Gym/Pool
3:30 - 4:30        Conditioning/Video/Open Training
5:30 - 6:30        Dinner
7:00 - 8:30        Evening Activity
